This project is designed to honor the cultural significance of its location while embracing sustainable, innovative architecture. Visitors will discover a luxurious yet environmentally conscious space that reflects the elegance and tradition of Marrakesh, while showcasing cutting-edge design that defines the city’s future.

01 Facade Air Filtration & Cooling System: A unique exterior design that filters hot air through the facade, cooling it via an integrated water pipe system, maintaining optimal indoor temperatures. 02 Integrated Luxury Residences: In addition to 100 hotel rooms, the project offers 12 private residences, designed with the same luxurious standards seen in renowned estates such as Royal Mansour. 03 Vast Landscaped Terrain: Situated on 50,000 square meters of land, the project offers expansive outdoor spaces that merge modern luxury with natural surroundings.
